Sheldon has extensive senior and executive leadership experience leading diverse businesses and divisions in the resources, industrials, refineries, power generation and oil and gas industry sectors.
Sheldon's studies included Commerce through UNISA and he holds a Masters in Business Administration – finance. His strengths include strategy, leadership, operations, finance and strong senior and executive client relationships across various industries.
Sheldon has recently held senior and executive roles within the Calibre Group, UGL and BlueScope Steel. His current responsibilities include devising and implementing organic and acquisition growth strategies.
Kevin has over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing and industrial marketing, including 17 years as CEO of two publicly listed industrial groups. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration (Cum Laude). He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Inenco Group and was previously the Chairman of Jeminex.
Kevin was CEO of Alesco Corporation Ltd for 11 years until 2006, a company that he successfully built into an industrial group with a market value approaching $1bn. Before joining Alesco, Kevin was CEO of Hudaco Industries Ltd, a publicly listed manufacturer and distributor of branded industrial products primarily servicing the industrial and mining economy in South Africa.
Former board roles include non-executive Chair for Australian Retail Projects and National Fire Solutions.
David was formerly a Senior Director of McKinsey & Company where he worked for 25 years. He was based in Sydney, and in addition to building McKinsey’s practice in Australia, he led the development of McKinsey’s practice in New Zealand and spent a decade building the global institution through his presence and participation on McKinsey’s global personnel committees and Shareholders Council.
David holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand. David is a member of the Anacacia Business Advisory Council and is Chairman of RIS Pty Limited.
Ranitha Mapatuna is a Senior Investment Manager with Anacacia Capital where he is responsible for a range of activities including assessing investment opportunities and helping to research, analyse and conduct due diligence on industries and companies and assist with existing investments. Ranitha is a Non-Executive Director of Acculec, former Non-Executive Director of K Care Healthcare Equipment and an alternate director of LEDified Lighting Australia’s largest full service LED lighting specialist.
Ranitha formerly worked in New York as an associate with Centre Lane Partners and Stifel Nicholaus Weisel and before that as a Manager with Hearne Scientific Software in Melbourne.
Ranitha has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and double bachelors' degree in Engineering (Hons) and Science from the University of Melbourne.
